Sissala Rural Bank distressingly needs 1 million Ghana cedis to be in operation - Chairman i coconutnews

    The bank of Ghana has directed all rural banks nationwide to increase their minimum capital at the bank of Ghana to 1 million Ghana Cedis. It said that, this is the only condition under which the rural banks can be in existence  without facing possible closure. The Sissala Rural bank is therefore appealing to the general public to come to their aid to help get this minimum capital requirement by bank of Ghana by buying shares with the bank. They said buying more shares will increase the banks chances of meeting their target. The Chairman for the occasion Kuoro Savei Zakaria was very emphatic on how the current board of directors should sit up to meet this capital requirement. He appealed to all well meaning Sissilas to come to the aid of the bank.

  Other speakers at the meeting also spoke on the activities of the bank and how the bank can meet their revenue targets in the near future. Chiefs, shareholders, Bankers and other important personalities were all present to help review the performance for the last year in operations.
