  The organizers for Sissala Entertainment awards through a whatssap communique have today officially outdoored the nomination forms for the awards, they are therefore calling artists, mangers, promoters, producers and entertainment personalities to start picking their forms at vantage points. In their communique this morning, they only indicated one point that artists can pick this forms.

Apaco set his own record at album launch, sold first album for... I coconutnews

  Ahmed Quendar popular know in showbiz as Apaco yesterday launched his much talked about album where he sold the first copy of his album for a record amount of Ghs500. He staged the launch at the Tumu Community Centre at a cool gate fee of GHs 10. The album was successfully launched by the CEO for Virtue medical consultancy Hon. Mohammad Bataglia on the stage, there were a lot of performances from local artists in the Sissala land. 

Artists that performed included; Boi Fresh, Edylee, Thugx empire, Big Jeff, Twinkle, brainybwoy and Apaco himself, they all performed tracks from their old releases as well as the latest ones.

   The DJ for the night was DJ Bruce and supported by DJ Kazopy, coconutnews caught up with the manager for Apaco Mr. Agasto Quendar. He said he was very grateful to both the artists and the program organizers for the wonderful work they put in to make the program such an outstanding success. He said he was very thankful to God the album was launched without any hitches. He also said that the crowd was so outstanding from the beginning to the end of the program, Mr. Agasto added that he wanted to use the opportunity to thank their sponsors for the support they gave them up to date and that God will replace their lost resources. He said he has not seen any crowd like that for decades but yesterday's show proved to him that the people of Tumu still love entertainment.

Miss Tumu organizers Open nominations for beauty contest, but ladies......... I coconutnews24

   The organizers of miss Tumu Iceberg entertainment have open nominations for the 7th edition of miss Tumu to be held in Tumu town, since the nominations have been opened it is very difficult to convince ladies to take part in this years edition. From the opening of nomination forms ladies have not been bold to walk up and pick forms to contest this year making it difficult for the organizers to finalise the preparation for this event.
   Just yesterday, coconutnews24.com  caught up one of the organizers Mr. Mohammed Kamagla popularly known as Romeo of Miss Tumu who revealed some chilling revelation about the program and how they are preparing for this year. He said this year, after the launch of the event it has make it very difficult to convince ladies to take part in this years edition. He said consultation is still ongoing to get the various contestants for the event, he appealed that the general public should help then talk to ladies to show up for the contest. He also stated that, for this year as he speaks to me that rate, time and date have been fixed as Ghs15, 7:30pm and 30th December, 2017 respectively but also said that the venue and contestants have not been settled on yet. He said they will communicate what ever decision they arrive at later.
   Miss Tumu is a reality show where ladies go to showcase what they can do for the judges to award them marks, it including; Dancing, singing, poetry recitals, dressing and how confident one can  express her self. This program have been organized for the past six years and this one is the 7th edition so far, personalities like Kanton Joyceline, Marifa Mavis Baah and other ladies have won this in the district. 2017 SPAN to have a new face uplift, organizers to awardees i coconutnews

   Sissala prestigious Awards night popularly known as SPAN is yet to award hardworking personalities in the Sissala east district, even ahead of the awards night the CEO for SPAN has spoken to the local media in the district on the intentions of the group in this coming years night. A representative from the group who spoke to coconutnews.com share their vision for this years event, it said this year the event will be more exiting and enjoying to the ordinary attender because of the way they have structured the program for the night. A representative who spoke to the local media was Senje Fawzu popularly known as Pozoranking, is a member of the body organising this event for the past three years, this the fourth one. He said the categories have been identified for this awards, they include; health category, education category, Agricultural personality, Development personality, overall personality for the year etc.
   Pozoranking said this time round they have packaged the show to meet national standards, he also said the artists selected for the show were all agreed by the event organizers, he said there will be free things at the night for all those who will come for this program. They include free drinks at the gate, popcorn and free WiFi services for the first 20 entrance.
The venue this time round will be hosted at Tutco auditorium, the rate is cool Ghs20 and Ghs 30 as VIP and artists like Kantan, Dormor, Apaco, Bosswan will all be performing on that night, he added.

The album will be launched on the Christmas day, is the first time the artist is launching an album for his music. He is a germ in Sissala music, he has played a song entitled "Biwie" which is still trending on the airwaves.

  The Accra based Sissala musician Hadgimusik is yet to hit your waves with the pride of the upper west region King Raph in a new single, both artists are to collaborate for the first time in this new single yet to be released. The CEO of Spearz recordz is Daneal Lamptey and Hadgimusik is one of the leading dancehall artist in the upper west region in that label, if he is to collaborate with the King in upper west region Raphious Amingo what can you expect. The tract is going to be a dope one.
  Hadgimusik is recording a song with the supper star in titled Lafialo, the date and more details are to come soon. Raphious Amingos ever won an award at VGMA in the development song category, he released his hit single for the year titled Lilafi which is headlines in the region.    The legendary Apaco of Quendar entertainment have made a great move in his music career, he has met one of the celebrated musician in the whole northern Ghana and a national superstar who just won the new artist of the year at the just ended Vovafone Ghana music awards. Am talking of no other person than the northern germ Fancy Gadam of Gadam entrainment.  He is called Salifu Ambra from Kong in the Sissala East District of the Upper West Region, he was born in Kong, he started his basic education at Kong and proceeded to Kansec and later landed at Tumu college of education in Tumu. He has since completed his diploma certificate in 2016 and has been practicing as a professional teacher since last year at Nyanduanu in the Sissala East District, he has the good record in movie production and has worked since to promote his works. The Sissala prestigious awards night in short SPAN have released their first poster for their annual program, this the first time they are talking of this program in the year. The body organising this program is 360 entertainment, the group is made up of young talented Brian from the Sissala land. This will depend on how much and how dedicated you have served your people, This award night have been in existence since 2014.

Tympo beatz studio started full operation on the 1st of January, 2017 with the vision of being the hub of entertainment and show business in northern Ghana.
It has its mission to bring all willing artist and entertainment lovers to the table, to rewrite the slate of Sissala music and entertainment in the shortest possible time and to groom and trigger the talents of all identified potential.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The project would be executed in the Sissala districts (East and West), this is the maiden event. The project would last for three weeks, each week the contest would be on and participants would be evicted till we get to the third week when the final show would be held.
The first two events leading to the final one would be eviction based; with the final event the champion would be determined and a guest artist would be invited.
Each participant would be assigned to a mentor who will coach and give guidance to the artist as long as the participant is able to keep him or herself in the competition.
The eviction would be based on a designed voting system and judge’s discretion
The overall winners will get a one (1) year record deal with Tympo beatz studio and an incentive package.
It is the goal of the reality show to create an avenue for the young artist to exhibit their talent.
