James Kwesi Appiah should be given a second chance, former Goalkeeper l coconutnews24

   The former goalkeeper of Tumu football team, Mr. Seidu Forgor aka Campus has called on Ghanaians to be patient and give the head coach of Ghana black stars a second chance to prove himself for the job. He said the inability of James Appiah to qualify for Russia 2018 should not be the only measure to measure his suitability for the job but added that other activities should be added to check his capabilities. Mr. Seidu said The coach did not start with the team for the world cup qualifiers, it was started by somebody and he is to continue to the top.
   Mr. Campus was speaking yesterday at Tumu Radford FM on the morning show with the host Mohammed Balu Salia, he told Balu and all the listeners of Radford FM to continue supporting the Ghana black stars but however said it would be difficult for Ghana to qualify for Russia 2018 next year. He also said the head coach James Appiah lack that leadership qualities in him because he cannot control his own technical staff and the players themselves. Mr. Campus said the match he witness at Kumasi Babayara stadium informed his decision to say Kwesi Appiah lacks leadership when all technical and some beach players were all seen publicly talking on the match day.
    Mr. Campus is a student sports journalist in Winniber, he run live commentary for some radio stations in Ghana and very good in football critic.

RADFORD FM beat national service personnel in football friendly match l coconutnews24

   The staff of Tumu RADFORD FM and personnel from the national service yesterday locked horns in a friendly football match to climax the activities of the stay of national service personel in the district, a clean up campaign was carried out in the morning and a friendly football match against the staff of Tumu RADFORD FM later in the evening. The activities of the national service personnel were all rounded up with this spectacular friendly football match with the personel, the Tumu sports stadium was yesterday half full with people from both far and near to come witness this football match.
    The personel were at the premises of RADFORD FM very early in the morning to carryout this clean exercise, they numbered close to 10 to 15 personal for the clean up exercise. The numbers were low because most of them were either still at work places of far from Tumu town, in the evening at around 3:30pm in Tumu sports stadium. Players from RADFORD FM and national service personnel all showed up at the sports stadium for the friendly match. The national service personnel were however beaten by the staff of RADFORD FM by two goals to one, courtesy Nelson Payan and Hardi Musah for RADFORD FM and the only from Bashit aka Adebayor for the national service team.
    Speaking to all the players yesterday after the match, the manager for RADFORD FM Mr. Mohammed Balu Salia spoke to both teams to continue the relationship and do more next time they meet again like thus, the president from the national service personnel Mr. Cletus Anbazoravii was full with praise to both sides for a success fan game.
