Thank you Mr. Deputy minister and your boss for your timely intervention i coconutnews24.com

A communications member of the new patriotic party (NPP) Mr. Hudu Muah has thanked the deputy regional minister Hon. Amidu Chinnia and his boss the regional minister Mr. Alhassan Sulemana for their timely intervention to settle matters arising in the Sissala West District some few days back. He said if not for their timely intervention after the issue broke out, it would have escalated out of hand. He said when the issue broke, it did not  take more than 24 hours and the deputy regional minister had to travel from Wa to Gwollu to help solve the differences. This was followed by a visit by the regional minister himself who also went there to calm nerves. He said the root cause of the disturbance could be traced to lack of effective communication between the parties involved in the case.
Some few days back, it was reported that some aggrieved youth in Sissala west had flocked to the office of the  DCE alleging that he was behind a perceived change of a position which was meant for one party member to another. It had to do with the position of MASLOC boss, the aggrieved youth alleged the DCE was behind the change in position from their favourite to the favourite of the DCE Hon. Mohammed Bakor. So the youth for the area were demanding that the position be reserved for their favourite candidate. The youth mobilized and locked the offices of the DCE to  register their displeasure in the ongoing situation.
However with the intervention of the two regional ministers, normality has returned. Mr. Muah also thanked the constituency party chairman and other party executive for listening to the call of the regional minister.
Mr. Hudu Muah made his views known on Radford FM yesterday evening on a program called news review, Mr. Muah was asked by the host to respond to the issues that happened in Sissala West District of the Upper West region. He said he was happy now that calm has returned to the area and called on all party members to be patient and use approved ways to resolve their differences. Mr. Muah also spoke on the perceived Kwesi Botwey report saying that the report was true because all issue raised are things everybody can see. He said they NDC even made "JM" more popular than the party " NDC" itself and that you don't need any 'KB' report to tell you it is authentit
