The youth organizer for the opposition NDC parry who also doubles as the assemble man for Kpeviara-Yalia electoral area hon. Adamu Yakubu criticized the current government for doing nothing and only continuing the good works of the former president, he said the planting for foods and jobs was started by John Mahama and was called Agriculture mechanisation , he said the name was only changed to planting for foods and jobs. He also mentioned that the free education policy the government is talking of was a constitutional need and was also started by the previous government, saying that they started providing access and quality which gave birth to this introduction of free education. Mr Yakubu said if he was to access the government he will say they did nothing for Ghana.
Hon. Adamu was speaking this evening on Radford FM on their popular talk show program news review, he was asked to access the ten month old government of president Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo. He said all the things they were talking of were not significant to the development of Ghana and however questioned the existence of the current MP for Sissala East Hon. Abass Ridwan Dauda, he said since the MP won he has never seen him speak in Parliament and also he did nothing for his people. Hon. Adamu is challenging the MP to speak on the floor of Parliament. He also spoke about other government projects and said the government have performed below expectations.
